At Nose & Nook, we carefully select products from trusted pet brands and independent suppliers. Our products are shipped directly by our fulfillment partners.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping destinations are determined at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery address, and available shipping services. You'll see the applicable shipping charge before completing your purchase.

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and may have combined shipping charges.

Processing and Delivery

Order processing and delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Available delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout when provided by the shipping carrier or supplier.

Unless a different shipping timeframe is stated and agreed upon, orders are expected to ship within 30 days. If we cannot meet the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a delay or cancel for a refund.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email after your order ships. Multiple packages may have separate tracking numbers.
